Overview This website is operated by Ranwald Profil AB (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Section 1 - Orders and payments By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. Your order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. All payments are processed securely. You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

Section 2 - Prices and products Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, colors and textures may vary depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Section 3 - Shipping and delivery Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in your country.

Section 4 - Right of withdrawal (Ångerrätt) In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Section 5 - Complaints and warranty (Reklamation) We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). If a product is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint. Please contact us at info@brandsandtailormade.com as soon as a defect is discovered.

Section 6 - Intellectual property All content on this site, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Ranwald Profil AB and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Section 7 - Third-party tools and links Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. They provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. We may use third-party services (such as payment gateways) which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for any third-party content or websites linked from our store.

Section 8 - Limitation of liability We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranwald Profil AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Section 9 - Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be settled by the Swedish courts or through the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
